Dora's Lost Monkey Dora was a young girl who lived in a small village. She had a pet monkey named Boots, and they were best friends. One day, Dora and Boots were playing in the forest when Boots got lost. Dora searched and searched, but she couldn't find him. She was heartbroken. The next day, Dora went back to the forest to look for Boots again. She was walking along a path when she saw a group of animals. She asked them if they had seen Boots, and they told her that they had seen him the day before. They said that he had been following a group of monkeys into the mountains. Dora was determined to find Boots. She followed the monkeys' tracks into the mountains. She climbed up steep cliffs and crossed dangerous rivers. She was tired and scared, but she kept going. Finally, Dora reached the top of the mountain. She saw a group of monkeys playing in the trees. She called out for Boots, and he heard her. He came running to her and jumped into her arms. Dora was so happy to have Boots back. She hugged him tightly and told him how much she had missed him. Then, they turned and started walking home.
