Preheat your grill to medium heat. 2. Form the ground beef into 4 patties. 3. Grill the patties for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through. 4. While the patties are grilling, mix together the ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, onion, pickles, lettuce, and tomato in a small bowl. 5. Toast the hamburger buns. 6. Place a patty on each bun. 7.
