There's no better way to enjoy a summer day than by relaxing on the coastline with a refreshing drink in hand. Mojitos are a classic cocktail made with rum, lime juice, mint, and sugar. They're simple to make and can be customized to your liking. If you like your mojitos sweet, add more sugar. If you like them tart, add more lime juice. And if you like them minty, add more mint leaves. To make a mojito, you'll need: 2 ounces white rum 1 ounce lime juice 1/2 ounce simple syrup 6 mint leaves Club soda Instructions: 1. In a highball glass, muddle the mint leaves with the lime juice and simple syrup. 2. Add the rum and club soda. 3. Stir to combine. 4. Garnish with a lime wedge and mint sprig.
