Play
In this variation of dominoes, players build their own trains and the Mexican Train simultaneously. The goal is to be the first player to get rid of all of their dominoes. To start, each player draws seven dominoes. The remaining dominoes are placed face down in the center of the table to form a boneyard. The first player places a domino from their hand face up on the table. The next player must either match the number or suit of the domino that was played, or they can play a double. If a player cannot play a domino, they must draw one from the boneyard. If a player plays a double, it creates a new train. All players must then match the number or suit of the double, or they must draw from the boneyard. Once a train has been created, players can only add dominoes to the end of that train. If a player cannot add to a train, they must draw from the boneyard. The game continues until one player has gotten rid of all of their dominoes. That player is the winner.
