1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour three 9-inch round cake pans. 2. In a large bowl, combine the white cake mix, milk, oil, and eggs. Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes, or until well blended. Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans. 3. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool completely. 4. To assemble the cake, place one layer of white cake on a serving plate. Spread with frosting, then sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles. Top with another layer of white cake, then frost again. Sprinkle with fruit and chocolate chips. Top with the remaining layer of cake and frost the entire cake. 5. Decorate the cake with the cake topper. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy your delicious dream cake!
