Where something fruity. The fruit stand was overflowing with ripe produce. There were apples, oranges, peaches, and plums in every color of the rainbow. The smell of fresh-cut fruit filled the air, and the sound of bees buzzing among the flowers added to the idyllic scene. A young woman stood at the counter, looking at the selection of fruits. She was trying to decide what to buy. She wanted something that was both sweet and refreshing. Finally, she made her decision. She picked up a bag of cherries and a bag of grapes. She paid for her fruit and then headed out the door. As she walked home, she took a bite of a cherry. The juice was so sweet and tart, it made her mouth water. She took another bite, and then another. By the time she got home, she had eaten half the bag of cherries. She put the rest of the fruit in the refrigerator and then went to her room to change. As she was getting dressed, she thought about the fruit she had just eaten. She smiled. It was the perfect way to end a hot summer day.
