Help Emma & Bluebird 5-Find
Play
Can a tiny bird weather the storm? In a small meadow, a bluebird named Emma was flying about, enjoying the sunshine. Suddenly, a gust of wind blew her off course. She flapped her wings as hard as she could, but the wind was too strong. Emma was being blown away! Emma looked around frantically for help. She saw a tree nearby, but it was too far away. She was starting to get scared. Just when Emma thought she was going to be blown away forever, she saw a little girl standing in front of her. The girl reached out and grabbed Emma, just in time. "Thank you," said Emma. "I don't know what I would have done if you hadn't helped me." "You're welcome," said the girl. "My name is Lily. What's your name?" "My name is Emma," said the bird. "It's nice to meet you, Emma," said Lily. "What are you doing all by yourself?" "I was flying around, enjoying the sunshine," said Emma. "But then the wind blew me away." "I see," said Lily. "Well, you're safe now. You can stay with me until the storm passes." "Thank you," said Emma. "I'm glad to be safe." Lily and Emma sat down on a rock together. They talked and laughed, and Emma forgot all about the storm. After a while, the storm passed. The sun came out, and Emma was able to fly home. "Thank you for everything," said Emma to Lily. "I don't know what I would have done without you." "You're welcome," said Lily. "I'm glad I could help." Emma and Lily waved goodbye, and Emma flew off into the sky. She was so happy to be home, and she was even happier to have made a new friend.
