The year is 2077. The world has been ravaged by climate change, and the few remaining resources are scarce. In a desperate attempt to find a new source of wealth, a team of scientists has developed a new technology that allows them to extract gold from the moon. The team sets up a base on the lunar surface and begins mining operations. At first, the gold seems to be plentiful, but it soon becomes clear that the supply is finite. The scientists race against time to collect as much gold as they can before the supply runs out. As the days go by, the team begins to experience strange phenomena. They hear voices calling out to them from the darkness, and they see strange lights in the sky. The scientists begin to suspect that they are not alone on the moon. One night, the team is attacked by a group of creatures that they have never seen before. The creatures are fast and powerful, and the scientists are quickly overwhelmed. Just when it seems like all hope is lost, a mysterious figure appears and saves the scientists from the creatures. The figure introduces himself as a being from another dimension. He tells the scientists that he has been watching them, and he is impressed by their work. He offers to help the scientists collect the gold, and he leads them to a hidden cache of gold that is far larger than anything they had ever seen before. The scientists are grateful for the being's help, and they use the gold to rebuild their world. They create a new society that is based on peace and cooperation, and they live happily ever after.
