Today is a wonderful day--Children's Day. I would love to spend it with my best friends. An amusement park sounds like a great idea, and we're all planning on going there. But what should we wear? Here are a few of my suggestions: Comfortable clothes. You'll be doing a lot of walking and running around at the amusement park, so make sure you wear something that you can move in easily. Weather-appropriate clothing. Check the forecast before you go to make sure you're dressed for the weather. If it's going to be hot, wear lightweight, breathable clothing. If it's going to be cold, layer up so you can stay warm. Sneakers or other closed-toe shoes. If it's sunny, wear a hat or sunglasses to protect your eyes from the sun. A camera. You'll want to capture all the fun memories you make at the amusement park, so bring a camera along. The lines for rides can get long, so it's a good idea to arrive early so you can get on the rides before the crowds get too big. Take breaks. It's important to take breaks throughout the day, especially if you're with young children. Drink plenty of water and eat snacks to stay hydrated and energized. Be safe.
