It's a beautiful Sunday morning. The sun is shining, the birds are singing, and little Susan is getting ready to go to the park with her parents. Susan is excited to spend the day outside, but she's not sure what to wear. She turns to her best friend for advice. "What should I wear today?" Susan asks. "Well, what do you want to do at the park?" her friend asks. "I want to play on the swings, slide, and go down the big hill," Susan says. "Then you should wear something comfortable and easy to move around in," her friend says. "Maybe a pair of shorts and a t-shirt." "That's a great idea!" Susan says. "I'll go put it on." Susan gets dressed and then goes downstairs to meet her parents. They're already waiting for her by the door, and they're all excited to start their day at the park. "Have a great time!" Susan's friend calls after them as they walk out the door. Susan, her parents, and her friend spend the day at the park. They play on the swings, slide, and go down the big hill. They also have a picnic lunch and enjoy the sunshine. By the end of the day, they're all tired but happy. As they're driving home, Susan's parents ask her how she had fun. "It was so much fun!" Susan says. "I got to play on all the equipment and I even went down the big hill. I also had a great time with my friend." Susan's parents are glad to hear that she had a good time. They know that she'll cherish these memories for years to come.
