The game was released on iOS and Android devices in March 2015. In the game, players control Hiccup and Toothless as they race through different levels, collecting dragon eggs and defeating enemies. Players can also collect different dragons and upgrade them to improve their stats. The game was a commercial success, grossing over $10 million in revenue in its first month of release. It was also nominated for a Webby Award for Best Mobile Game in 2015.
