The little frog was very hungry. He had not eaten in days. He saw a beautiful butterfly flying by and he knew he had to have it. He jumped up and tried to catch it, but the butterfly was too fast. The frog kept jumping and jumping, but he could not catch the butterfly. Just when the frog was about to give up, he had an idea. He would use his tongue to catch the butterfly. He stuck out his long tongue and caught the butterfly in midair. The frog was so happy! He had finally caught his meal. The frog ate the butterfly and then he went on his way. He was no longer hungry and he was happy to have caught his prey.
