When Daniel sees himself in the mirror, he is surprised at how different he looks. He feels more confident and self-assured. Daniel goes out with his friends and has a great time. He talks to girls for the first time in his life, and he even gets a phone number. He realizes that he doesn't need to change who he is to be handsome. He just needs to believe in himself.
