Game description:

New York City is a dangerous place, and it's only getting worse. The gangs are fighting for control of the streets, and it's up to you to stop them. You're a street racer, and you're the only one who can take on the gangs and save the city. Drive your car through the streets, and use your weapons to destroy your enemies. But be careful, because they're not going to go down without a fight. As you progress through the game, you'll unlock new weapons and upgrades. You'll also be able to customize your car to make it even more powerful. But no matter how strong you get, the gangs will always be a challenge. Can you save New York City from the gangs? Only one way to find out.
