Invite a friend to play a game of pool. This is a classic game that is fun for people of all ages. It's a great way to relax and have some friendly competition. To play, you will need a pool table, pool cues, and pool balls. You can also use a set of numbered pool balls or a set of striped and solid pool balls. The object of the game is to sink all of your balls before your opponent does. You can do this by hitting your balls into the pockets on the side of the table. To start the game, each player chooses a set of balls to play with. The balls are usually numbered 1 through 15, with the 1 ball being the cue ball. The first player to shoot is the one who wins the lag. The lag is a shot where each player tries to hit their cue ball into the center of the table. The player who gets their ball closest to the center of the table wins the lag and gets to shoot first. After the lag, the players take turns shooting. On each turn, a player must hit their cue ball into one of their own balls. If the player successfully hits their ball, they can continue to shoot until they miss. If the player misses, their turn is over and the next player gets to shoot. The game ends when one player has sunk all of their balls. The player who sinks all of their balls first is the winner.
