To throw a bowling ball, 1. Grasp the ball with your dominant hand and place your non-dominant hand on the side of the ball. 2. Step forward with your non-dominant foot and swing your bowling arm back. 3. As you swing your arm forward, release the ball and follow through with your swing. 4. Keep your eye on the target and release the ball when it is directly in front of you. To adjust the spin of the ball, 1. Move your non-dominant hand to the left or right of the ball as you swing your arm back. 2. The more to the left or right your hand is, the more spin the ball will have. 3. Experiment with different amounts of spin to find what works best for you.
