"John died and went to heaven. He was surprised and delighted. He had always been a good person, and he was happy to finally be in a place where he belonged. John spent his days enjoying the company of the angels and the saints. He learned about the history of the universe and the nature of God. He also learned about the many different ways that people could get to heaven. One day, John was talking to a group of angels when he mentioned Nick. The angels were surprised to hear that Nick had gone to hell. They told John that Nick had been a very bad person, and that he had deserved to go to hell. John was shocked. He couldn't believe that Nick, who had been his best friend, could be so evil. He asked the angels why Nick had gone to hell. The angels explained that Nick had been a very selfish person. He had always put his own needs before the needs of others. He had also been very cruel to people who were weaker than him. John was saddened to hear this. He knew that Nick had made a lot of mistakes, but he didn't think that Nick deserved to go to hell. He asked the angels if there was anything he could do to help Nick. The angels told John that there was one thing he could do. He could pray for Nick. If John prayed for Nick, then God might be merciful and allow Nick to go to heaven. John promised to pray for Nick every day. He prayed for Nick to be forgiven for his sins and to be allowed to enter heaven. John prayed for Nick for many years. He never gave up hope that Nick would one day be allowed to enter heaven. One day, John was praying for Nick when he had a vision. In the vision, he saw Nick standing in front of the gates of heaven. Nick was smiling and happy. He told John that he had been forgiven for his sins and that he was allowed to enter heaven. John was overjoyed. He had finally gotten his wish. Nick was in heaven, where he belonged. John continued to pray for Nick every day. He knew that Nick would always be in his heart.
