The hungry savages were eager to eat dinner, but the food was far away from their camp. They looked at each other, wondering what to do. Then one of them had an idea. "Let's build a fire!" he said. "If we build a fire, we can cook the food closer to home." The other savages agreed, and they set to work gathering wood. Soon, they had a large fire burning. They put the food on the fire and roasted it over the flames. The savages watched the food cook, their stomachs growling. Finally, the food was done. They ate it hungrily, savoring every bite. As they ate, the savages talked about how much better it was to eat their food cooked over a fire. They decided that they would always build a fire before they ate dinner from now on. The savages were happy and content. They had eaten a delicious meal, and they were warm from the fire. They knew that they would sleep well that night.
