Halloween Spooky Rider

Game description:

1. Each player gets a card from the deck. 2. The player with the highest card goes first. 3. On each turn, players must play a card that is either the same suit or rank as the card that was played before it. If a player cannot play a card, they must draw a card from the deck. 4. The first player to get rid of all of their cards wins the game.
