Add the pork chops to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes per side, or until browned on both sides. 4. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set aside. 5. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, or until tender-crisp. 6. Add the chicken broth to the skillet and bring to a boil. 7. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, or until the broccoli is cooked through. 8. In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and water until smooth. 9. Add the cornstarch mixture to the skillet and cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce has thickened and reduced. 10. Return the pork chops to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, or until heated through. 11. Serve immediately.
